That is why we assist a selected start-up each year to overcome the initial obstacles. Sparking, a parking market mobile app, was one of the first we helped. First, we defined the objectives, target groups, and the basic message system to create a comprehensive communication strategy in joint workshops. Next step was the visual identity and implementation. The nearly one-year campaign simultaneously increased the awareness of the digital product and stimulated B2B sales of the technology. After the initial publicity, we regularly produce visual materials for the company's continuous communication.

Complete visual identity

We joined the Sparking team during the development of the mobile application, so we had the opportunity to build the brand from scratch. The visual identity was created in line with the integrated communication strategy, message architecture, and buyer personas that we had developed. We've created a visual language for the app and brand that reflects Sparking's core environmental values and connects to the parking market's usual iconography.

Educational videos for two

Although similar apps were already present on the Hungarian market, their operations differed fundamentally from our client's solution. In addition, Sparking offers a complex B2B service that is unmatched by its competitors. Thus, we started conceptualizing animated explanatory films by mapping out the B2C and B2B processes. We had to present the company's full range of services as quickly as possible. The one-and-a-half-minute videos were used on YouTube and steadily gained new users for the app while also increasing the company's visibility among corporate customers.

As a result of thorough planning, we created Sparking's main website, Facebook, Instagram, Google Play, and App Store page. In addition, we supported our client by producing content and managing pages and ads during the launch. At the same time, the internal team was prepared to handle continuous communication.
